in my case I don't suffer while feeding but i get frustrated in starting days as how many times I have to breastfeed him but whatever situation is i know that my child become healthy by this n I have to breastfeed him atlist 6 month strictly after that some semisolid food he started eating n half of the time breastfeed him. it's a stage when u feed ur child is the best moments n phase of ur life feeding not only benefit for child infact it's beneficial for mother's also
n those who can't breastfeed there child don't feel low as u r feeding ur love ur care kind to ur child n formula milk ur giving is also the other healthy options for child's who can't get breastmilk so don't worry mom's just enjoy this phase of ur life with ur child's it will never come back be happy eat lots of healthy foods, sweets, liquids n all..it will increase production of milk lots of rosgulla gulabjamuns every thing u eat u want don't think it will make unhealthy ur child make him/her poop more no it's not like that u eat everything so ur child gets taste of every thing through milk n become healthy too with you

Breastfeeding itself is yet another Challenging step in this parental journey and a unique way of bonding with the young once, each mum faces so many different issues depending on their conditions mentally and physically. One needs to release that she is not alone in this challenging times and should know when to seek help to over come the challenges. Like wise as said ,here are a list of challenges I am putting forth which I faced and few other common onces .
-Initially not having enough breast milk- Regular feeding and with Dr. medication to boost milk supy this challenge can be overcomed
-Baby not latching properly - try to position baby properly to latch properly, get Dr counseling help to guide you & with their help it help gradually upon practice this can be sorted out slowly
-Sore and Cracked nipples - Proper latching position needed and with few medication, if needed can over come this
-Baby latching on only one breast and resulting in uneven and lopsided breast- Try offering him the other side first and practice it ,over pump to over come it
-Biting the breast- be alert when feeding ,gentlely stick a finger in the corner of his mouth and prevent him from chomping on you

mine was cesarian delivery & wasn't able to get up & sit so one of my family member helped me in getting up but it resulted into a neck sprain.I used to face a really hardship to feed my daughter coz I couldn't bend or even look down on her.I literally used to cry & the worst part I was in Hospital that time & it was a rule over there that no relatives allowed after 2 days. I was admitted for 5 days & it was the worst feeding days of my delivery...
