Breast feeding journey is so difficult for me the supply of milk was less so it was very painful and difficult journey for me to start with forumula milk even though inspire of taking supplements it got increased later on

Breastfeeding was a whole different experience. Initially, I was under tremendous pressure on how to generate enough to feed my baby. I did not want to opt for outside baby food for the first 6 months. But I was very lucky to have my Mother in law and doctor at an easy reach for any advice. I preferred a less oily, spicy and more sabudana kheer, bottle guard and enough sleep with a regular massage (to reduce back pain that mostly happened due to prolonged breastfeeding in a sitting position that is considered most ideal). In a nutshell, I could embrace this best part of motherhood successfully with the support from my loving family and doctor.

yes breastfeeding journey was so difficult for me... the nipple was so hard.. if I gave to my sons mouth its start paining to me.. because of this, I didn't breatfeed him and i got a milk duct in my brest and doctor said we need to do operation than after operation every 4th day they use to call me for cleaning oh my god that's the pain I never want to remember, for two months I went hospital for to check... then finally I got recovered... it was really a very bad time for me...

cracked nipples, heavy breast, leakage,pumping out milk, late night feeding, getting my baby burb after feed,, but now everything happens for good me n my baby have now learned much n enjoying every phase 😊

I am listing down few challenges which I faced during my breastfeeding journey and what I did to overcome it.
Challenges:
1. Sore nipples
2. Backpain due to wrong posture while breast
3. Baby biting nipples
Solutions:
1. It usually happens when your nipples are dry either due to continue sucking or less milk supply. One thing we can do before breastfeeding is to remove some milk by pressing the breasts and apply it on nipple to make it wet and then latch your baby for feeding.
2. Using feeding pillow helps in maintaining the correct body posture as well as correct latching of the baby. It also helps in giving support to your back.
3. Baby enjoys our reaction when they bite and that's why they do it more often. Only way to avoid this is by saying NO to your baby and explaining them that it hurts. Remember to say No everytime they bite and stop feeding right away by removing your nipples out from their mouth. They should know that they will not get milk if they bite. Babies understand everything.
