it's improve the relation between baby and mother thair bonding becomes strong and baby close to her mother

during the breast feeding timing should be maintain..its a reflex action same time milk is released n if at the same time baby don't take the milk mastitis develop..it happen in my case n took hot water bath n hot towel massage to get rid off it..

it's challenging but a bond between a newborn and mother ,the touch of the mother to baby is not only to Breastfeed but to nurture the newborn and attached it with.

its a very beautiful journey with baby breastfeeding ... in initial days it was very painful but few weeks later all will be okay 👍🏻☺️☺️

Main source of breast milk is you have to take utmost care in your food.I was taking health and light food without green chilly and red chilly powder for 2 months since the baby birth. Which helped my baby’s stomach to settle down. Initially 4-5 days were bit tough then every 1.5 hour my baby used to have bread feeding

It was extremely painful in initial days don't know how and why but had to purchase pump that's too Philip's. That really helped me a lot.
Second was during travel which I guess is common for everybody.
Rest all was good.
