As I had a c-section delivery,it was so difficult for me to breastfeed my baby the next day. My husband used to put him into his lap bring his mouth towards me so that I can\'t feel any kind of pressure on my incision.
Everytime he was there to make sure I was comfortable while feeding and the baby was full , whether it was mid of the night he was there.
And when my baby was 3 months old , he all of a sudden stopped taking breastfeed. I was so worried about it . Then my husband shared a U- tube video which made me feel relaxed that it was a baby strike which can take around 6-7 days and the baby will be back again .

Every pregnancy is difficult and every child is unique.
At the age of 32 i became pregnant with my first. I suffered from severe covid infection during my 1st trimester. Amids lockdown On 30th March 2021 i gave birth to a beautiful daughter via CS due to breech position.
Believe me breastfeeding doesn\'t comes easily. My little one was bottle fed for 3 days as my milk let down happened late. On 1st post CS day my breast was engorged but milk let down didnt happen and my baby havnt latch. The nurse tried using back of syringe but no help. My husband got me manual breast pump for my initial days thinking my baby will latch. I was discharged home well with my baby. At home i struggled with breastfeeding and latching my baby had become so found of the bottle she refused my breasts. Next day i ordered NIPPLE SHIELD which qas also was not of any help. I continued using MANUAL BREAST PUMP and fed my baby in breastmilk in bottle but breast pump has been a pain to my hands. My husband ordered MILK COLLECTOR/ CATCHER which is the best blessing and every mother shud buy this. I gave time to my baby and myself for breastfeeding and latching but it doesnt seems to happened. My Filipino friend got me in contact with lactation consultant. After online consultation my baby was able to latch but doesn\'t maintain contact for long. Hence still i gave Expressed breastmilk. I changed the bottle to PHILIPS AVENT NATURAL which was the best decision for the baby as 2 months went and it was still hard for my baby to latch. She cries all the time whenever i tried breastfeeding her and this was really upseting. I got philips ELECTRIC BREAST PUMP and i ended up with expressed breast milk. I pumped every 3 to 4 hrs and bottle fed. It wasn\'t convenient at first but my husband supported a lot. washing and sterilizeing it after every feeding and pumping. This pumping increased my breast milk supply to a extend that i stopped giving formula milk.
I shared my experience just to let moms know that try everything possible if you are determined to breast fed. Every resources. Never give up.
BREASTMILK IS A BLESSING TO THE CHILD AND NO FORMULA MILK CAN REPLACE IT. ALWAYS ASK FOR HELP FROM OTHERS.

From understanding the importance of Breastfeeding to making sure it’s a smooth journey my husband did It all. He ordered the feeding pillow, attending Breastfeeding seminars with me, read on benefits of Breastfeeding and was always open to learn more and make sure our boy gets the best.

My partner loves me and my son very much.He always ready to do everything which I tell him to do.He brings calcium, iron medicines, white zeera, oats, pulses, fruits and extra pure buffalo milk for me to increase milk supply.so,that my child will become healthy and happy and me too not become weak.He comes back very tired from office even he take our son and do everything which he need that time.He searches things from Google and friends and gives me those things to eat for increasing weight of our child and mine

The 1st and amazing role is: Before me my husband understand the hunger cues of our baby and bring him to me.
2ndly : He used to help me with extra pillows or water and food if i need in between feeding
and the most important thing: he always help me with burp our baby.
lots of love to my little one and his father ❣️

As I became a mother, my partner also became a father. We work as a team. Whenever I breastfeed my babies my husband still makes sure that i have bottles around me so that I don't dehydrate also he stays near so that whenever I need help he is always around. I breastfeed and my partner burps the baby. This way we parent our kids. We love doing our parenting job together. He doesn't nanny but he parents our kid. We are a team. Whenever I am tired after breastfeeding and the baby doesn't sleep makes sure I get rest and he makes the baby sleep by rocking her to sleep.
