What was the role of your partner in your breastfeeding journey?
After my C section, he stood beside me with a question mark as the baby was not taking breast feeding. My kid was born during covid so our parents are not available. He made calls to parents and asked and thereafter he took the place of my parents throughout our journey. He helped me in and out. He sacrificed his nights to take care of the baby so that I can sleep and recover fast. He dose\'nt know cooking still he cooked for me. thank u so much Pavan for such a beautiful journey.

After cesarean delivery it took 3 days to get get enough milk in my boobies till that time it was my husband who was feeding baby with powder milk ..preparing it as per the quantity instructed and feeding it to baby after every 2 hours as i was in pain I could not even move he ensured to get baby close to me bring baby close to me so that I could atleast rub my cheeks to his cheeks and placed baby on my chest..even after 3 days it was quite difficult to even move / get up and feed baby ...my hubby ensured to place the baby in most comfortable position and hold him all time long till i breast feeded baby and he also took care of the burping ..not once I had to do the burping it was always done by him.

My husband has helped me a lot during pregnancy and post delivery too. Even now he does.
While breast feeding my baby he made sure that I have a proper place to sit along with pillow/feeding pillow. Also I am comfortable while feeding.
He makes sure that I eat properly and don’t skip any meals as I feed a baby too.

my spouse being born in a male dominant family along with being single child helped me a lot to understand my journey of breastfeeding. sometimes I used ti get irritated when I was tired and sleepy he would hold my baby and make her feed.
