He was my backbone in my breastfeeding journey. when everyone else said i was having low supply and wanted me to start formula, he trusted on me and my doctor, encouraged me and stood with me so that i could exclusively breastfeed... i am a proud mama today that i could feed my son till he was 1.5 years old....only because of my husband, otherwise i would've switched to formula in the first month itself.

My kid was born during covid lock down season so there was nobody else with me except my husband. So it was the time I experienced his care and support for everything including understanding my frustration regarding breastfeeding and sleeplessness..

since I delivered my baby during covid when nobody except my husband was allowed in the hospital. My baby was in NICU for 5 days and I was clueless how can I feed my baby because I was totally against formula and I was not sure if I'm getting milk or can i feed my baby. He helped me to feed my baby in nicu when I was scared enough to hold the baby. He boosted my confidence and always said that i can do this and I'm the best mother. He helped me with pumping as well on the very first day and made sure that even a drop of colostrum should reach my baby who was in ICU. He's truly a blessing to both of us. And because of his encouragement I'm still feeding my baby.

well, I had a preterm baby...he stayed in the NICU for 39 days..I used to send him my breast milk since he was unable to be fed directly...at those times my husband always motivated me ...he used to take the milk to the hospital twice a day, he could see our son only once as per the COVID protocol....after a week of his NICU stay ...I used to visit him for KMC ( kangaroo Mother Care) he had arranged for a private transport (my brother in law and his friends helped us)and made sure that I never fail to visit him and he would wait for long hours outside...he used to take care of my diet such that I could produce adequate milk...when my son came home...he used to be fed every two hours...he used to spent sleepless day and nights taking care of both of us, helping me out in preparing the milk, measuring the medicines need to be provided to the baby...at the same time working from home, meeting his office commitments and consoling our parents and relatives and keeping up my spirits high at those tough times....can anyone ask for more...I think I am blessed to have him ...
