My journey was a roller coater ride.. Since I had severe pain in stitches, nipple crack , constipation and what more. During these times my partner made me feel comfortable.. he returns home only after 9 but he made sure I get proper sleep. He used to Make him sleep peacefully after each breast feed..

What was the role of your partner in your breastfeeding journey?
I always supported to my wife, when was she pregnant, after the baby conceive. I am always standing with her & thank you so much First cry for supporting & guiding me regarding my baby & her mom life styles change forever. We start a new experience with my baby with support first cry.

My partner helped me encourage during the initial days where my supply was not great and he was there for me showing all the love and care telling me that we can get this through and don\'t put negative thoughts in your mind as was getting into depression he was the reason for me to overcome the postpartum depression and later days he showed up an huge responsibility during the breastfeed and the journey with our babe.

Though post pregnancy time is so tire some and stressful. Ours was more of making memories and loving each other with even more respect. breast-feeding journey was carried out by both as in i fed the baby and he used to feed me all the healthy foods and required nutrition in parallel for all 15 months.
