What was the role of your partner in your breastfeeding journey?

Alka Mom of 3 children 3 years ago
Most important role of partner must be providing emotional support to mother. Be careful about mother's diet and also understands baby hunger cues so that he can arrange feeding session for baby before he gets cranky. Also he can arrange mother's time alone or rest.

Partner support is crucial to making your breastfeeding experience easier and more seamless. Clearly communicating your goals and helping them feel involved can make a big difference as you continue providing your little one with breast milk!Although the reciprocal interaction between a breastfeeding baby and her mother is one of the strongest bonds in nature, this doesn't diminish the importance of a baby's early relationship with her father. Instead of feeling left out of the nursing relationship, fathers can and should cultivate their own unique bond with their baby.

To breastfeed the child is one of the difficult challenges what a brand new mothers faces.. according to me mental peace is the most important thing when your are breastfeeding... As every one knows that during these situations you get to hear n number of comments suggestions and their own experiences whether it's bad or good which eventually affects the entire process of breastfeeding.. you become nervous about it .. you get thoughts whether you are doing it right or not... similarly lot many thing were going in my mind.. so here My Husband helped me fighting all these thoughts and comments around me...He gave me calm environment were I can male contact with my child.. I spend time with him. He supported me with his progressive thoughts of breastfeeding that weather you are getting milk or not(suffered witj low supply of milk) I have seen your efforts.. its completely your choice whether you want to feed or not. don't worry about any thing. WE ARE TOGETHER IN THIS.
