he bought me a feeding pillow and after breastfeeding he takes care of my baby.so I get enough sleep.

he can be a gatekeeper first of all, partner can mentain the boundaries when other may demand the time. he can let others know that the new mother needs time alone or some rest. try to help his partner to relax by giving some massage which is very important in that time.. and lastly encourage her to eat healthy food and brink plenty of water so that she can stay hydrated..

In first 1month he should help me in feeding baby baby lifting baby to feed. clean baby's mouth after feeding. after feeding he will burp a baby these are all the things will done by partner.

My husband incredibly supported me through out my breastfeeding journey. Post delivery i had to go through a lot of struggles. When i couldn't handle Depression he was always there for me with kind words and helping hands. Vitamin D in my blood reduced to 15 my bone strength reduced badly and i had to consult many doctors due to severe back pain. My patner always stood by my side, shared me knowledge about the various foods from which we get sufficient nutrients through out breastfeeding. He introduced our baby the best feeding bottle philips advent and took very good care of our baby too.
