Thanks to my nani and my mummy who told me everything about breastfeeding.
Don't know what should I write in this caption
But for all ladies who do breastfeeding so never ever feed when your hair is wet (gile)
Or you worked in cold water and feed ur baby immediately I also wrong
Like this lots of instructions is given my elders. Food intake by mother is also necessary liquid is must but it's milk or warm water
Not curd or cold water no buttermilk.
So proper diet and some precautions may your baby care also and fully feed without any tension.
