it\'s blessing to nurse a new life with all nutrients through breastfeeding 😇. However there are many challenges a mother faces during breastfeed such as what to eat and what not, whether baby is getting enough feed and how to increase breastmilk supply etc🧐.
As a mother of two I strongly believe that a mother is always able to feed baby as per baby\'s requirements. It\'s a cycle of demand and supply meaning body generates milk for baby as per her needs. So, first of all
1. don\'t think your milk is not enough for baby.
2. underweight babies have lesser sucking power and this may be a reason for frequent crying of baby even after feeds😔. Her stomach is not filled and you are tired with the feeding sessions. feed her by extracting milk in a sterilize bowl and spoon👍.
3. don\'t watch phone during feeds🙄 and use time to make connections with baby.
4. Crying is normal in starting months of a new life. Afterall baby has spent about nine months in water and outside world is quite different for her to adjust🤗.

breastfeeding is the nature\'s precious gift to your little one....which contact you emotionally with your little one ....but this is not same for all mothers....some mother\'s can\'t feed enough to her child because of law milk secretion ....I am one of that ...I had law milk secretion that\'s why I couldn\'t t feed my baby properly...I took many home food called galactogogus ...that improve milk secretion but not that much which satisfy my baby\'s hungerness .... because of that I was irritated .... sometime cried ..ke me apne bache ki bhukh ko bhi nahi mita sakti ....but dhire dhire milk secretion badhta gya ...after 4 month there was enough milk secreted .... and i was so happy .... nothing makes me happy better than those....
