Let down

Hi all, do you all have random letdown through out the day? I get letdown only when I feed my baby and keep getting as he sucks. I use to get letdown through out the day now only at feeding times. My baby is 5weeks old second baby here. Don't remember with my first as she is already 5.5yrs old How your body works? Just wondering if am tye only one.
