Is cinnamon tea good for breast feeding moms
My baby is 2 months old. Can I drink cinnamon tea for weight loss ? Does that effects my baby’s digestive system? Will it effect in reduction of milk?

you should wait for smell time. as weight loss can lead to weakness may affect your milk supply. By the way cinnamon Increases milk supply. spices can upset your baby's stomach and tends to change the way your breastmilk smells and tastes, which could lead to a refusal to eat altogether. The main spicy foods to avoid whilte breastfeeding are garlic, curry, chili pepper, and cinnamon as these are known to cause higher levels of indigestion. you can wait for sometime as baby is so small now. or start taking cinnamon tea twice a week.
