i gained wait ..my belly is out now after stop breast feed .i dont knw how to reduce belly fat

With consulting your doctor, start doing Yoga as soon as possible. And eat healthy, regional food with low calories at small intakes. If possible leave eating sugar and sweets, colas, ice creams and fried stuffs. Walk for half an hour. This helped me a lot. I use jaggery as substitute for sweets.
