hi.
the pain you are feeling is because of your baby is not latching properly
ensure proper latching use pillow while breastfeeding and a good posture
while breastfeeding .
you can use nipcare ointment and cold or warm massage to breast to relief pain

take some gap during feed n use nipple shield

apply ghee ..use nipple shield it will help you
