Difficulty breastfeeding my baby due to flat nipples and low milk supply
My baby is 19 days old, I have flat nipples so I have to use a nipple shield every time I feed him. I don't know if he is getting enough milk. I bottle feed him after each session of breastfeeding. How can I get him to latch on to my nipples without a shield, how to increase milk supply?

Try to Go naturally without nipple shield. Because if he is hungary then he will find his way. Start trying once or twice in a day. Most Probably its works.
Also, if this not works then You can use the suction from a breast pump to help draw out a flat or inverted nipple if other methods to stimulate your nipples don’t work. This can be especially helpful if you have deeply inverted nipples.
