I am a mother of 2 babies. For the first baby I did not get breast milk i went to depression.people starting calling me as i have done sin so am not getting breast milk , i used to sleep only 2 hrs and fed with formula milk and now my first baby is 3.7 years. Recently i gave birth to second baby he is 16 days old am drinking milk 3 times a day, 2 to 3 litrs of water, proper food , dryfryits, bread but am getting little milk, again am worrying.

As my baby is premature n low birth weight doctors suggested me to have formula milk n less sucking. But now my baby when he have breast feeding n formulamilk. Now when i squeeze my nipple only little milk am getting

How to increase mik.Please suggest me.

have sunny consistency halwa made with 3 to 4 spoon ghee n dont add sugar make it with jaggery n take it two times a day n dont eat more chappaties

I came across three challenges in the breastfeeding since baby birth
1. I don't have milk for first three days of her birth..
2. Overflow of breast milk and engrossed breast..first two months
3. Now my breast milk is getting low ..third month

I got a advice to intake fennel seed improve breast milk..it works me well..soak fennel overnight.. drink it along with water... sometimes I do it without soak..

dont know where to start from.. firstly I had inverted nipples which I increased through injection as suggested by doctor and used nipple shield during that time. initially my baby was not able to latch properly but after constant efforts from both of us he started feeding.i thought things are smooth but soon after 2 months I had breast abscess so I underwent a surgery due which my son was not able to latch milk from that side.
it took around a month to heal and after that my baby doesn't want to feed from that side so we give him formula after doctors consultation.
