I’m mom of 4 m old baby boy . His birth weight was 2.5 kg . He is exclusively breast fed. But now his weight at 4 m is 5.4 kg . Is he underweight .please suggest

Hi Rajul, as per doctor’s guidelines breastfed babies should be double of their birthweight at 5 months and triple of their birthweight at 1 year! Until your baby is meeting this, there is nothing to worry

I have trouble of amount of milk .. I eat so many nuetrian to have good amount of milk but I am fail for that. fan you please help me. suggest me.how can I increase amount

It’s completely normal...nipple soar is common among all new moms it’s cuure by itself pls don’t apply anything over ur nipples.

hello,

How is it possible

it is possible because amount of milk is directly and solely depends on the demand of your baby.if your baby tried for BM he definitely will have it. don't loose hope if u don't have enough.just don't stop giving it to your baby.give BM to your baby after every two hours and don't skip even one time.otherwise skipping slowly reduce the milk.

I am also mom of 4 month baby boy.. and as same my baby weight is 5.7. doctor told me baby is perfectly growing.. please don't take tension.

ys ths true... i hv also law breast milk supply ..
in starting but i dont leave the hope n decided to increase ny supply now my bby is almos 80% on BF just 20% on FM. i m heartly happy
