for the 1st three months my baby was feeding directly but after that don't know what happened,she started rejecting my breast.. so now I have to pump milk 4 times a day and that is the biggest challenge that I face.

At first live in positive vibes,
stay mind in calm situation
avoid negative thoughts,
think about our fauvorite memories,
dont fear about anything ex:- post delivery weightgain etc.

eat healthy, like ragi mudhga, moringa leaves,garlic ,fresh groundnut,kappa, bottlegourd,fenugreek seeds,
all green vegatables.

Very true...as it's more determination than milk production. I am mother of 8 months old boy & i had milk production issue when my baby was born. Being a first time mother i had so many questions, fear ,anxiety & constant guilt that i am unable to satisfy hunger of my baby.I looked for every possible solution to increase milk supply from internet ,family n everyone. Nothing was working and we had to choose formula milk for him. somewhere being in negative environment, being criticized for not having enough milk for him ..I almost lost hope..but about after 2 months we visited a pediatrician for regular vaccinations n he encouraged me for exclusive breastfeeding..said it's all in ur mind..n that changed my life...Gradually my baby started having more of my milk...n now I am happiest...he dosen't take a sip from bottle...so don't ever worry n discourage...be confident Moms..😊

jyada feed karwao ..bcoz jitna jyada baby feed karega hamara body utna jyada milk produce karega nd have (satabari powder nd soath )then u vl never face any problem related to milk production ..😊
