In the initial days, whatever milk I was producing was not enough for my dear daughter. She used to cry constantly and I was not able to figure out the reason, then I realized that milk was not sufficient for her, so she used to be crancky. So had to seek doctor\'s help and he suggested to take lactogen powder. Then I used to take lot of veggies and green lentils. That has really helped me increase milk production.

biggest problem I m facing is overflow of breast milk.. which sometimes leads to engorged breast also... inspite of using breast pads my clothes are always wet... so m using extra clothes during nights and double padded bras with breast pads during day... along with that I use breast pump nd store that milk in baby feeder
the more you pump ... breasts will produce more milk.
