the most difficult phase after delivery have a c section was the very difficult for us to breastfeed. after 3 days onces the baby starts to suck correctly its becomes easy garlic, fennel seeds, papaya, oatmeal, flaxseed, spinach, almonds etc helps in increasing our suplly of breastmilk.

im not sufficient breastmilk I had given formula milk.pls suggest me what to do? nd how to increase breastmilk?
Take supplement like lactare capsules or lactonic granules. Also increase your rest time and milk intake. Relax and feed the baby

They need time to understand and learn to suck. Hold the nipple into the baby's mouth (dint suffocate then though)and squeeze few drops of milk into the mouth trying to make the baby get the feel of milk. They will start slowly. My younger son took a week to understand this. 😁
Read about latching techniques.

from the day my girl was born i was nervous about breast feeding as i want to give her the best and want to breast feed her. As she is first given to me for feed i feel so natural and relaxing.but in initial days i used breast pump to make it easy for her to feed and eat oats and daliya with lots of vegetable in it and drink boiled water with zeera to increase my breast milk.

Breastfeed increses bond between a mother and her child. I am mother of a 4 month old daughter sharing my experience with all of you. I gave birth my C section.....yes for two days I was not able to brestfed my baby due to
1 Low milk production
2 She does not know how to suck
Actual problem was second one. As your baby gets how to suck, milk production starts.
Drink a lot of warm water and warm liquid, it will help in milk production.
Ajwain, Jeera, shatavari increases milk production.
Second problem is Sore nipples. From my experience I conclude that when baby not suck nipple properly it lead to sore nipples.Either he is holding only tip or his tongue is not placed properly in his mouth. So make sure your baby is sucking properly. To know your baby is sucking properly or not you can see it in First cry parenting guide. It helps a lot.
Other thing to know is empty your nipple. Mammary glands produce more milk when it is empty. So make sure that you emptied the breast before going for next. These are my own views based on my own experience. Thank you first cry for making me share my views.
