My baby is not able to tale a good nap and keep grinning in day & night time. Seems like some stomach pain due to which she wakes up in middle of sleep. She also has issue of repetitive stool passing. This is happening since her birth. Pls suggest what could be actual problem and how to solve it?

As far as I know, new born babies poop many times. You should check if it\'s too watery or the colour is not normal or there is blood in the poop. My baby used to have problem with gas due to which she used to cry day and night and keep lifting her legs even while sleeping. Cycling the legs and pressing the knees toward tummy helps release trapped gas. I gave my baby colic aid but it did not help. It was painful to watch her suffer. Finally my doctor suggested that i give her a few drops of Protectis drops which have good gut bacteria and helps in digestion. This helped a lot and the number of times she cries in pain reduced. Finally by the time she was 3 months old digestion improved along with her maturing and learning to pass the gas out herself.
