during pregnancy the strechmarks are due to the baby weight n some times we scratch it hard due to itching so try not to scracy the baby bump with nails u can scracy it with your fing r tip and apply cicicnut oil regularly

No idea, I have used before delivery only and didn't have any stretch Marks. But bio oil is not harmful product, so at least you can use it especially after bath on little moist skin.
