I'm trying
for oil massage:
one part coconut oil
one part olive oil
one part castor oil
one part kalonji oil
vit e capsules
aloe vera

shampoo the body shop rainforest shampoo

rinse with methi water

it seems to be working for now

also taking multivitamin and calcium tablet
biotin supplements for good hair growth

Take calcium supplement for 6 months... N consume plenty of liquid, use vitamin oil with regular coconut oil n massage before washing hair
