protein is essential for hair.Add it in ur diet plus a tablet named NUTRAMINE- D made my hair strong and gave me a thick volume which i never had before my pregnancy.It's cheap and effective u will see the effect after 15-20 days of having it. once daily
plus it goes to ur baby if bf,and helps increase it's weight.it has DHA too

It's a natural process. Plz don't scare. Because when u were pregnant the grow of your hair continue but the (cycle when hair age is over and then fall) was stop. So these are those hairs who never falls that time. Let them fall and growth automatically start after that

my opinion is ...take multivitamins calcium alongwith oiling ( coconut or olive oil)

During pregnancy also we get hair fall problems, but we are not able to concentrate on our hair at that time. later we may get hurt.
The main reasons for hair fall in Pre and Post Pregnancy are:
1. Hormone imbalance
2. Iron deficiency
In pregnancy our body undergoes different changes, sometimes we may not know how to balance hormones. But the most women are suffering with iron deficiency. As we loss calcium and iron through Breastfeeding, we have to intake the calcium and iron supplements through tablets and mainly taking milk to get calcium and eating green leafy veggies 🥦,beetroot,carrot 🥕,fruits, fruit juices for blood.
Sleepless nights and mental stress in post delivery will also be a reason for HAIR FALL. If it still continues dark circles will appear under eyes. So every mother should be conscious about their children and herself.😊😊

Postpartum Hairfall is common,
mostly because of hormonal imbalance, need to take iron rich diet.

That time hairfall is natural bcoz of hormonal change so nothing can help stop that hairfall. but use of herbal shampoos is good otherwise.
