This Contest will be open to all registered account holders ("Participants") subject to the applicable terms and conditions of FirstCry.com, or otherwise. This contest is open to Indian residents only.

providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on
account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at
any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the Eligible
Applicant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from
participation in the Contest. FirstCry.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses to
the Eligible Applicants or any third person in relation to the Entries. By virtue of
submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare

employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages,
expenses (including attorney's fees) which may be raised by any third party. Regardless of
the merits of any such claim by a third party, FirstCry.com shall be entitled to proceed on
the basis that the Entry breaches these Terms and Conditions and may proceed against the
Eligible Applicant as per legal remedies available. In the event that a selected Entry is
shortlisted and/or wins, and is later on challenged by a third party, FirstCry.com shall
have the right to disqualify the Eligible Applicant from participating in this Contest any

the information submitted is true, current and complete. FirstCry.com reserves the right to
verify the eligibility of the Eligible Applicants. The Eligible Applicant agrees to the
collection, processing and storage of such personal information by FirstCry.com for purposes
of this Contest. The Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to be familiar with FirstCry.com's
privacy policy and user agreement. The event organizer is committed to keep all participants
FirstCry.com account, personal information and other sensitive data in the strictest

rules to be eligible for the shortlisting process. FirstCry.com shall not be held
responsible for Entries fraudulently made by the Eligible Applicant. Proof of age or

whole or in part) is not capable of running by reason of damage by computer virus, worms,
fraud, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical or system limitations or
failures, acts of God or terrorist attacks, hacking, or any other causes which prevents the
participant to participate in this Contest, FirstCry.com shall not be responsible for the
same. FirstCry.com and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
incomplete, invalid, corrupted or garbled entries, all of which shall be deemed to be void.
FirstCry.com and its agencies assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or jumbled, scrambled transmission,
communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the website of
FirstCry.com or program/programming error or failure, or failure to capture any Entry
information. Winning entries are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or payment
of accounts and may be subject to availability. FirstCry.com reserves the right at its sole
and absolute discretion to disqualify entries, without assigning Many reason or giving prior

agreed to be bound by them while entering this competition.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out or
in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
