During winters, baby's skin tends to get dry and loses moisture, so we need to take extra care of baby's delicate skin, you can use coconut oil but I would suggest you to use Johnson's Baby Oil, it has the goodness of vitamin E which keeps skin soft, smooth and moisturized. I m also using this for my baby and loved the results. I think you should give it a try.
