Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi, Massaging has so many benefits dear. I would suggest to use coconut oil or olive oil in summer due to its cooling effect. Use mustard oil infused with garlic azwain and nutmeg in it and strain it and store it in bottle. Use this in winter. It prevents cold.
