My son is having cold from last 8-10 days..given paracetamol but it dint worked..today he did vomiting and having fever..what to do

A. Madam paracetamol is not going to help in controlling the fever you have to give proper anti-allergy so please go for that after consulting the doctor now you can give paracetamol since your child has fever but I would advise you to talk to your doctor once
