my kid recently recovered from viral fever...now he is complaining of stomach pain and not eating properly is it normal post fever?

A. Actually for viral and all sometimes so many heavy medicines are given to the child that it can lead to stomach pain and discomfort in the stomach so I would advise you to please consult your doctor and continue with a B complex supplement always when you give medicines to the child as of now also you should give it for at least a week to 10 days and check with the doctor if you can give liv 52
