Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Castor oil is best for hair .It helps in thickening hair, strengthening hair follicle, fast hair growth. You can mix almond or Coconut oil with castor oil. For body massaging seseme oil is best in winter season which produces heat to resist against winter.
