im a breastfeeding mother of 3 yrs baby..can I take tripala churna powder during breastfeeding is it safe?

A. Triphala churna is generally considered safe during breastfeeding but in mild doses, and do confirm it with your doctor before starting.

A. Yes you can take it it’s not a problem but you should quit breastfeeding it’s high time that you quit it because if you don’t quit now anyways your child is going to start troubling you when you decide to quit it’s not a good habit to continue till this age it’s not healthy
