please do the following things:
do exercises or yoga regularly.
do household work like mopping .
don't use vehicles for short distance.
walk, walk and walk,it is best pelvic floor exercise
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more
avoid junk food items.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
