Q.
I have delivered a baby boy on 14 feb now its been 41 days after normal delivery.. after delivery bleeding was not happened properly like 1 pad per whole day..and suddenly bleeding stop with some few drops per whole day..and now from 40 days onwards bleeding has started again just like our normal periods..so im worried its first period after postpartum or what?? As i have low milk supply

Author of questionGuardian of a 1 m old boy1 week agoA. But what about milk supply?? It will decreased?? As I heard if baby is breastfeeding periods may not come early .. as I have low milk supply dr suggested me to monitor baby’s weight as birth weight was 2.8 kg and now on 40 th day its 3.15

Yes Maam it is a normal period and it is going to continue the same way for initial six months some women face on and off periods also so be precise about it but right now it’s a regular period need not worry about it it’s a very very common scenario to be seen with Women
