I have a cold and blocked nose. Can I take allegra?? Is it safe for breastfeeding mother like myself??

Mam it is not safe to take the medicine without doctors advised during lactation because some medicines actually mixed with your milk and goes to the child which is why never Ever take any medicine without consulting your doctor talk to your gynaecologist or your general physician as they would know what medical is going to be more appropriate to be taken during the time of lactation
