i am 14 days old vaby girl mom..... I deliver via c-section. i want to use postpotun brlt for my belly...how can i use it?? and how much time i use it?? kitni der tk belt laga sakte hai ??? orr kitne months tk use krna h ??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. you can wear it in day. not in sleep. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.
