hi any one plz my 3 years toddler got fever actually I got cough and cold so he also got I gave him parecetomal but still fever is their and is vomiting even water also ..so Im so tensed plz any one answer

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. dear mom for fever give syp crocin in right dose. n give syp vomikind 4 ml twice a day to cure vomiting. if no imprivement then consult your doctor ok
