hello ma'am , my baby is now 6 month old what type of food I can give him other than milk and please solve two questions, is gripe water is safe for babies, and can I give cow milk to my baby

A. dear parent, gripe water should not be given. cow milk can be given in the form of curd, paneer. you can give foods like khichdi, dal rice, veg puree, fruit puree.
