hello Dr. my daughter 10 months old ,she is not eat everything last 2week. plz suggest??

Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be givven ....5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.

Teething Maybe happening to your child which is why I mostly your child is not interested in eating because this is the most common sign that you are talking about also a child is 10 months and hopefully I believe that’s the reason which is why the kid is not eating
