A. Hello good morning !! Apply baby vicks vapo rub for relief ,give frequent feeds ,water and fluids like soups,dal water,rice water for hydration as it takes 4-6 days to recover from cold. Feed cerelac,dal kichdi and porridges in semi solid texture for easy intake . Consult the Doctor if the baby has severe cold ,blocked nose and suffering from cold more than 3-4 day.
