Q.
why the babies put pressure opposite to evacuation of the bowel. they close the rectum and prevent the toilet to come out. I have to make him evacuate the bowel everyday. sometimes massage the anal sphincter as well to evacuate. is my baby not normal

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it is quite natural generally they will be taking liquids. babies less than 6 months of age may not be passing stools regularly and daily a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need to use any medicines to relieve the constipa

No that is completely normal for a child also kids behave like this and still if you feel it is not normal for the child and you can discuss this issue with your paediatric if there’s anything that you need to particularly take care of the doctor would advise you on that
