please suggest a good cough syrup and antibiotic for Hanshith as he is suffering from cold and cough and he is 3yrs 11 months old

Wikoryl and Cherricof so the first one is for cold second is for cough before you give it to the child I would still recommend you to crosscheck with your doctor because your doctor would be able to give you best assistance for your child after examining your child
