My pediatrician give calcimax p suspension 2 ml daily for my newborn with birth weight 2.600 kg, 36 week c section delivery.. Is it safe? then we can give calcimax p suspension and vitamin d syrup separate?

Yes you can get separately to the child that’s not a problem but the problem is the 2ML seems to be very high so kindly confirm with the Dr whether to mail is going to be sufficient for you to use or not because two MLS seem much on the higher side
