Q.

My ogtt fasting was 94.90 mg/dl Post glucose after 1 hour was 165.30mg/dl After 2 hour 135.80mg/dl Does diet management can control it ?

A. hi mom yes this is gestational diabetes and can be controlled through diet you need to consult a qualified dietitian who see such cases, include good proteins in diet walk for 20 mins twice a day
