My doctor prescribed xpect ld for my 3years 8 months old son. The dose was 3ml but I accidentally gave 5ml. Is that harmful? What will be the side effects of this. It was single dose only.

A. The child could be more sleepy because of the paracetamol but usually does not create any negative impact if your child is doing fine after giving medicine at least monitor for another 12 to 24 hours if you do not see any discomfort or anything which is odd and abnormal then it is okay
