my daughter is five years old.she is suffering from fever since 4-5 days..I gave her ibugesic and antibiotics.. temparature reduce after few hours again come back..what should I do..

A. See for what purpose are you giving antibiotics that is not clear to me because only given if there is an infection and if the fever has been there for 45 days and constantly happening that it is not a normal fever I suggest you to go for further assessment and if needed a blood test also
