My baby is almost 11 months old She is hardly gaining any weight No matter whatever food i give her be it high calorie or high carbs she is not gaining Her birth weight was 2.9kg now she is 7.8 kg I feed her frequently 3 meals and 2 snacks

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 weeks agoA. dear mum, a weight of 7.8 kg is okay for a 11 months old baby. you might not be feeding enough proteins which is a must for weight gain. give eggs, pulses, legumes, paneer, cheese, nuts, non veg if possible.
