A. Hello! Six year old child daily nutrition is as per the following. For protein 19 to 25 g per day is important in this, you can add Dal, eggs, dairy, and so on. Minimum of 130 to 150 g of carbohydrates are required, which is in the form of rice, wheat and curries. Water intake should be around one and half litres per day.
