my baby is 5 month and 10 days should I start giving him the puree or something if yes than what should I start with ????

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear mum, top food including puree should be given only after completion of 6 months. until then you should exclusively breastfeed. breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months.
