less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the water intake and fibre rich foods like papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia spinach beetroot etc in ur baby diet to get relief from constipation.
Give half tsp of ghee in warm milk before sleeping to clear the stomach next morning
